There are a total of three shipments using USPS First Class and upgraded Priority service from the USPS. After you place an order your impression kit is shipped using free First Class service mail within one business day and will arrive to you in two to five business days depending on your location. Once you make your self impression and mail it back to us using the provided pre-paid envelope ( USA customers only ) it will arrive to our manufacturing facility within one to five business days depending on your location and type of shipping service. Once we receive your self made impression we may contact you if we have any questions about your order. We than manufacture your custom order. Once your order is shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number and your order will arrive to you with in one to five business days depending on your location. Our manufacturing facility is located in SW Florida.

Before using any mouth guard it is best to brush, water pick and floss your teeth and practice good oral hygiene whenever possible. After you finish using our Armor Guard mouth guard, use a brush on the inside and outside of your mouth guard with a soft anti-bacterial soap for about 30 seconds. Rinse well, towel and or air dry completely before storing in your case. This is the only cleaning method recommended as any other method may discolor or degrade the material.
